I absolutely love shooting bikes. Matt’s Daytona 675R was no exception, despite picking the busiest time of day to work in downtown Victoria’s traffic. The first spot required him to circle around a few times – luckily more than enough time to get set up. We moved from Government St. to the lower parts of Fort St., parked down near Fisherman’s Wharf, and made a few stops on the way to Clover Point for some final sunset shots.
The timing of sunlight couldn’t have been much better; we were shooting by 7:30 and had about an hour and a half to get to Clover Point. Some giant cruise ships were docked near the breakwater, and it took just the right amount of time to shoot and provided a perfect coastal backdrop to some motorcycle pornography. We finished up the shoot with some couples-style photos silhouetting Matt with his Daytona looking back on Victoria from Clover Point.Back to albums
